How the two halves fit together.
The software codes your bank feed against rules you set and keeps a real double-entry ledger underneath. Anything requiring professional judgement goes to a qualified human, and you can see which is which at every step.
CIMA-regulated
The accountancy work sits with PowerStone, under Chartered Institute of Management Accountants oversight, with an engagement letter and KYC and AML checks before any regulated work begins.
Real humans, assigned
If you turn the accountant on, you get a named accountant you can message in plain English. It is not a ticket queue and it is not a chatbot.
Filed under agent credentials
VAT nine-box returns are prepared from your ledger and filed to HMRC under Making Tax Digital. Where the practice acts for you, filings go under its agent credentials.
Honest about what is built
Anything not shipped is described in future tense with no date. We are not HMRC recognised, and we will not say we are until we are.
