Yes. UK regulation requires KYC/AML checks and a signed engagement letter before regulated work begins. Chad walks you through it inside the app.
Cancel any time from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. We do not automatically delete your data — you can request a copy at any time, before or after cancellation, by emailing privacy@taxchad.com, and we'll respond within one month. UK companies are generally required to keep accounting records for at least six years, so we keep yours until you ask us to delete them. Full detail in our Terms.
